Human development is one of the priorities of the Bank's HR policy. Thanks to a wide cooperation network with international institutions the Bank employees constantly upgrade their qualifications in international development banks and other organizations. For this purposes the Bank has developed Rules for arrangement of education and advanced training of the Bank employees.
Following the best practices of leading international financial institutions, the Bank introduced the "Code of Business Conduct of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC employees. Assessment rules and certification of employees, formation of personnel reserve rules, staff rotation rules, etc. have been developed to identify and develop professional capacity of employees.
